DANI MAREE ASHMORE
Dani Maree Ashmore is a Melbourne-based composer and musician. She specialises in writing orchestral and wind band music. She graduated from Box Hill Institute with a High Distinction average in her Bachelor of Applied Music (Composition). She also performs regularly as a percussionist with local orchestras and concert bands. Dani’s notable achievements include Tripped Up Tango being selected for performance for the Grainger Wind Symphony “Made In Australia” concert 2025, and A Child Imagined being selected for the 2026 Yamaha Australian National Band Championships. Ultimately, Dani aims to write music that is both fun to play and enjoyable to listen to.
